With Avalon's Guest Acknowledgement, guests are personally required to accept the terms and conditions after the reservation is made. At least one guest on each reservation will need to go to www.Globusfamily.ca/Reservation to complete the process for their entire travel party.
PASSPORT/VISA & ENTRANCE/EXIT REQUIREMENTS
All guests traveling internationally are required to have a passport. Responsibility for meeting the entry/exit requirements (passport validity/blank pages, visas etc.) rests with the guest. Please review the Entry/Exit information included in your Travel Packet and on this website carefully for full details about entry and exit requirements specific to your tour. Carefree Travel, Globus family of brands and related suppliers are not responsible if you are denied entry or exit due to entry/exit requirements not being met.
Visa requirements are as follows:
US / Canadian / Australia / New Zealand / UK citizens require a single entry visa for Vietnam & Cambodia
Full guest details are required no later than final payment for all guests travelling internationally.
All air inclusive reservations require names as they appear on the government issued ID they will be using to travel including first, middle, and last names at the time air is added to the reservation. Air schedules are available approximately 315 days from the start of your tour. An air deposit will be required at the time of booking in order to guarantee the airfare. Name corrections require a new airline reservation and will be subject to new pricing.
Please notify me as soon as possible if any guests have special considerations or needs, including but not limited to CPAP, refrigerated medication, epi pen, mobility issues, and oxygen.

GENERAL ADVISEMENTS:
Please advise if bed configuration preference is together (queen) or separate (twins).
Embarkation Ho Chi Minh City - Must meet Cruise Director in the lobby of the Avalon hotel by 10am as passports must be processed prior embarkation. Transfer to ship at approximately 11:30 am
Meeting point location will be starting hotel listing in travel documents.
Disembarkation Phnom Penh - by 12pm
AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
If Avalon handles return transatlantic air on the brochure dates, transfers are complimentary.
Land only travelers may purchase airport transfers on the scheduled tour start and end dates.
The arrival transfer can be purchased for $46.00 per person one way. Flights must arrive in Ho Chi Minh City by 8:00am.
The departure transfer can be purchased for $84.00 per person one way. For Phnom Penh, the last transfer operates at 12:00pm. Flight information is required in order to add transfers.
Cabin assignments are made upon receipt of full, individual non-refundable deposits and names. Travel Protection premiums are also due at this time.
