FLIGHTS: All flight times and departures are always subject to change without notice up until the date of departure, so please check your departure time the day of and the day before your travel. We are booked with Sunwing Airlines. No space is being held for you until your deposit is processed. You will receive one complimentary checked bag per person and regular seat selection will be included. However, Elite Plus seat upgrades is an additional cost. Please also note that the fee for carry on is $25 per person.
ITINERARY: There is no flexibility on the included flight. However, you may book your own flight as needed. In this case, please select "land only". Depending on your arrival and departure date and time, you will most likely be responsible for your own airport transfer costs.
MANAGE YOUR FLIGHT BOOKING: Once you submit your booking, your deposit will be submitted for processing. Upon full payment, you will be able to access your reservation via www.sunwing.ca to upgrade your seats, secure your seat selection, pre-order meals etc.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE: Please review Sunwing's website for more details.
DOWNGRADES: Are not possible. If you find a lower advertised airfare rate and would like to book this, you would need to cancel this reservation at the cancellation penalties herein. You will be responsible then for your own flights.
DEPOSIT: The $200 deposit is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferrable. This will be processed by Sunwing Vacations.
FINAL PAYMENT: Your final payment is due no later than July 10, 2023.
CANCELLATIONS: Until July 10, 2023, your payment is refundable less the $100 deposit. After July 10, 2023, all payments are fully non-refundable, non-transferrable.
OCCUPANCY: If a single occupancy is required please email tasha.walsh@romanticplanet.ca for current single occupancy pricing. Occupancies are based on double 2 people per room and the rates are per person.
INSURANCE: Trip Cancellation/Trip Interuption along with Emergency Medical insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment as well as yourself while in destination. Sunwing offers a $59 Worry Free Cancellation insurance which is availible at the time of booking.
